Uses our Proprietary blend of material science treatment, case hardening, stress relieving and an extreme coefficient of friction improvements create the only highly overbuilt, over-engineered, corrosion resistant engineered piece to supplement M159 valvetrains.
At least three times stronger than stock in all layers from spectro-imaging, v-notch assessment, and Rockwell readings without risk of delamination. Supreme corrosion resistance, superb friction characteristics assisting with heat management, and guarantees accurate timing events. Tolerates point, shock, erosion, abrasion, blunt-force, and needle-point impact fatigue to exceed the wear requirements of the M159 engine. Replaces high risk wear components for a dummy-free install.
The coefficient of friction is lowered to sub 0.05 to 0.2. The four locking pins are passivated, cleaned, pre-polished and virtually hydrogen-free. The set highlights the exclusive side of the M159 Black Series in engineering and performance, built in bespoke quantities.
