Aerospace Grade Stainless Steel 304 four into one headers are meticulously inspected for surface finish, weld strength, rust and discolouration then finally finished in Calgary, Alberta, CANADA. M156 headers are fully welded one-piece 0.055” to 0.060” (16 gauge) walled stainless steel. Diameters are 1.75” (45 mm) primary runners merging to a 2.75” (70 mm) collectors.
All 63 Motorsports Inc. Headers feature an exotic alloy blend of heat shielding hand welded to specifications. Each set targets improved engine bay temperatures and maximize the best scavenging of exhaust gasses where it matters most! These are the lightest M156 headers with optimized thermodynamic shielding in the segment! Fits perfectly without the need of washers on the engine mounts. The true worry-free installation fit for the M156! Often copied never replicated.

***W211 headers are not compatible with S211 estate and needs modification for the steering rack.
*Catalytic converters are not included. A tune is required when catalytic converters are not installed. Includes primary and secondary oxygen sensors provisions.
*New manifold gaskets (two per engine) are required, part no. A 157 142 01 80.
*For W204 Fitment, a new Sealing ring (one per engine) is required, part no. A 221 492 00 81.
*Port tolerances of each flange +/- 0.0394” to 0.0787” inches or 1.00 to 2.00 mm. Thicker flange allows for easy port matching to gasket/cylinder heads.
